Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a toolkit or digital product has been purchased.

If you experience a download issue, contact us and we’ll ensure you receive the files.

2. Consultancy & coaching bookings

Refunds are not offered once consultancy sessions are booked and confirmed.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, we will work with you to agree an alternative date.

3. Training bookings

We do not offer refunds for training or course bookings that have been confirmed.
Where reasonable, we will transfer your place to a new date or delegate.

4. Your responsibilities

Before purchasing, please ensure:

  • Products are suitable for your organisation’s needs

  • Dates and details of bookings are correct

  • You understand that no refunds are provided
