Toolkits and other downloadable materials are supplied electronically following purchase.

Recreate or replicate content commercially
Remove branding or copyright

5. No guarantee of outcome

Our consultancy, training and toolkits offer guidance and support, but outcomes depend on how they are implemented. We do not guarantee improvement results, ratings or regulatory outcomes.

7. Payments

Fees for consultancy, coaching, training and digital products must be paid in full before delivery.

Loss from reliance on digital content

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
