AGSOS was created by Mariana Costea, Registered General Nurse, Governance Specialist and Founder of Mareric Limited.
With more than 17 years of experience across health and social care, Mariana has worked from frontline nursing roles through to Registered Manager, Regional Manager, turnaround consultant and governance lead positions, supporting organisations through regulatory scrutiny, service improvement, quality assurance and operational transformation.
Having spent years helping services identify risks, strengthen governance systems, improve compliance and demonstrate safe practice, Mariana recognised that many aesthetics providers faced similar challenges: evidence scattered across multiple locations, disconnected governance processes and increasing regulatory expectations.
