AGSOS was created by Mariana Costea, Registered Nurse, Care Governance & Operational Improvement Specialist and Founder & Director of Mareric Limited.
With 17+ years across health and social care, Mariana's career has spanned frontline care and nursing, registered management, regional clinical leadership and independent consultancy.
Her work focuses on governance, regulatory assurance, operational improvement and the gap that can develop between documented systems and what is happening in practice.
AGSOS grew from applying that governance thinking to the aesthetics sector, where providers may need to manage evidence, risk, competencies, incidents, policies and operational assurance across multiple systems and locations.
It was designed to make governance easier to see, organise and follow through in practice.

AGSOS is preparing for an initial founder-clinic phase before wider development.
A small number of aesthetics providers will be invited to use the current governance workspace, provide structured feedback and help inform future development.
